* ≥ 18 years old
* Primary diagnosis of osteoarthritis
* Surgical indication for index total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous surgery about the knee
* Systemic corticosteroid use
* Active infection of any kind or chronic infection with HIV, Hepatitis C, or Syphilis
