Inclusion Criteria:
* Impingement Syndrome Screening using Neer Impingement Test, Hawkin Kennedy Test.
* Patients with impingement syndrome in acute phase.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Frozen Shoulder
* Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
* Cervical Radiculopathy
* Any Fracture or dislocation of shoulder girdle.
* Diabetic Patients.
