* Physically active individuals
* Free of chronic diseases
* Free of musculoskeletal injuries
* Nonsmokers
Exclusion Criteria:
* Musculoskeletal injuries
* Chronic diseases
* Use of alcohol, caffeine and any type of ergogenic supplements or medication before (≤6 months) and throughout the study.
