* Breast cancer patients aged 18 or older undergoing their first chemotherapy.
* Possess a smartphone and are able to watch videos on it.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unable to read or complete questionnaires in Chinese.
* Cognitive impairments.
* Pregnant women.
