* Documented endometrial cancer and scheduled for hysterectomy as part of their treatment.
* No known allergy to fluorescein dye
* Ability to understand and sign informed consent
* 18 years of age or older
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior hysterectomy
* Known sensitivity to fluorescein dye
