Inclusion Criteria:
* ≮ 18 years, cervical cancer verified by pathology，
* IIA stage, accepted the operation ( Piver III and pelvic lymph node dissection) as initial therapy， obtained the patient's agreement
Exclusion Criteria:
* the patient had accepted chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation
