Inclusion Criteria:
* Women and their offspring randomized to vitamin C versus placebo during pregnancy as well as pregnant nonsmokers and their offspring enrolled as the reference group in the current RCT.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients specifically withdrawing consent.
