* feels stress due to Corona/COVID-19
Exclusion Criteria:
* current psychological or psychiatric treatment,
* current psychiatric illness,
* suicidality,
* psychosis,
* bipolar,
* severe dissociative symptoms,
* in a currently severe traumatic situation,
* having a serious medical illness.
