* age over 18 years
* Cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
* Post cardiotomy cardiogenic shock
* ECMO-VA implanted in OR
Exclusion Criteria:
* LVAD
* Heart transplantation
* Incomplete data in relation to outcomes
* Cardiac arrest
