* Patients referred by the primary care physician.
* Age 18 and over.
* Speak Hebrew.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients that suffer from severe dementia.
* Patients suffering from addiction to drugs or alcohol.
* Patients who are deaf, dumb or blind.
* Patients who have a legal guardian.
