* Fracture T11-L5
* Posterior Stabilization Indication
Exclusion Criteria:
* Fracture in more than 1 level
* Osteoporotic fracture
* Pathological fracture
* Previous history of surgery
* Deformity
* Mental disease
* TCE
* Posterior vertebral canal open decompression
