Inclusion Criteria:
* laparoscopic cholecystectomy
* ambulatory surgery
* agreeing to follow a polyamine-low diet with Polydol plus
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* Contra-indication to a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, to tramadol
* Intolerance to cow proteins
* Diabetic patients
* Poor understanding of the French language.
