* reconstructive surgery on the hip joint
* children with cerebral palsy/ spina bifida/organic brain injury
* age 3 - 18 years.
Exclusion Criteria:
* contraindications to the use of local anesthetics
* contraindications to performing an invasive procedure
* ASA \> 3
