* male or female
* ability to tolerate hot environments for a prolonged period (e.g. \>2 h)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Any respiratory disease
* Any cardiovascular disease, including hypertension
* Diabetes
* not currently on any medication (except oral contraceptives)
