* Individuals with a known history of gastric precursor lesions (atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, history of dysplasia) who are presenting for routine surveillance endoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Personal history of gastric cancer
* Personal history of irritable bowel disease
