* Singleton pregnancies
* Elective or emergent cerclage in the current pregnancy
* Cerclage that was removed after 36 weeks of pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Multiple pregnancies
* Major congenital anomalies
* Cerclage removal before 36weeks of pregnancy
