* Age 18-70
* Hematological disease
* Treatment with high-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation
* Understanding of written German
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cardiorespiratory, metabolical, osteoarticular or immunological diseases which can be aggravated by exercise
* Pathological stress-ECG at admission
