Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \> 18 and \< 75
* Cirrhotics with UGIE (Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy ) within last 24 hours.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Non cirrhotic
* Hepatocellular carcinoma
* Advanced cardiopulmonary disease
* Pregnancy
* Extrahepatic malignancy
* Patient on anticoagulation therapy
