* Postcardiac surgery patients with arterial pressure monitoring and transpulmonary thermodilution monitoring with indication of fluid challenge
* Patients more than 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients under 18 years old
* Pregnant women
* Patient without invasive monitoring
* Urgency surgery
