* postmenopausal women (the ages between 50-65 year) with lumbar spine BMD at least 2.0 SD below the peak young adult mean
Exclusion Criteria:
* severe osteoporosis
* current medication of osteoposis
* metabolic bone disease
* cancer, stroke etc.
