* Clinical diagnosis of systemic arterial hypertension;
* Must be able to reality physical exercise.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Diabetes mellitus;
* Chronic renal failure;
* Body mass index ≥ 35kg/m2;
* Coronary artery disease;
* Heart failure;
* Use of beta-blocker;
* Uso of alpha-blocker;
* Smoker;
