* Diagnosed with breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL) within the last 6 to 60 months.
* Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Presence of active infection.
* History of bilateral breast surgery.
* Severe breast cancer-related lymphedema.
