Inclusion Criteria:
* having ulnar nerve entrapment neuropathy with clinical examination and EMG (electroneuromyography)
* to be between the ages of 18-65
* be give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* malignancy
* surgical history in the ipsilateral upper extremity
* sleep apnea
* narcolepsy
