Inclusion Criteria:
* soon to complete inpatient treatment for opioid addiction
* living in southern Norway
Exclusion Criteria:
* psychosis/major depression, currently not treated
* pregnancy
* liver enzymes: ASAT or ALAT \> threefold above upper boundary
* maintenance treatment with methadone or buprenorphine
