* Subjects referred to diagnostic or therapeutic colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* ileus
* known or suspected bowel obstruction
* active bowel inflammation
* pregnancy
* any presence of serious medical conditions
* history of prior colonic or rectal surgery
* inability to obtain valid data from subject
