* Pregnant or within 3 weeks postpartum
* Self-reported smoking
* Part of the Nurse Family Partnership or Healthy Beginnings
* Uses an Android smart phone
Exclusion Criteria:
* Does not speak English
* Not interested in wearing a smart watch for 12 weeks
