Inclusion Criteria:
* Preoperative corneal cylinder of more than 0.75 diopter
* Symptomatic idiopathic epiretinal membrane
* Symptomatic cataract
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe media opacity other cataract
* Eyes with other retinal disease, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment
