* Patients with tracheobronchitis diagnosed after 48h of invasive mechanical ventilation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Immunodepressed patients
* Patients with tracheostomy at ICU admission
* Patients who developed ventilator-associated pneumonia before ventilator-associated tracheobronchitis
