* Individuals between the ages of 18-70
Exclusion Criteria:
* No use of antibiotics within one month
* Breastfeeding or being pregnant
* Uncontrolled diabetes, rheumatic fever, history of lung and kidney disorders, and drug use that will affect periodontal tissues
