* Age between 18-70 years
* Histologically confirmed NPC or Non-NPC with positive plasma cell-free EBV DNA
Exclusion Criteria:
* unsatisfactory performance status: Karnofsky scale (KPS) \<= 70
* Any severe intercurrent disease
* Any contraindication of blood sampling
