* Being a kidney transplant recipient
* Willing to participate voluntarily in the study
* Having person, place, and time orientation
* Undergoing kidney transplant for the first time
Exclusion Criteria:
* Having a diagnosed psychiatric illness
* Having a physical disability that would hinder drawing
