* Recipients of the Eurotransplant Senior Program
* negative cytotoxic crossmatch
* signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* High sensitized recipients (PRA \> 40%)
* Non heart Beating Donor
* Hyperlipidemia
* Leucocytopenia (\< 3000/mm3)
* Thrombocytopenia (\< 75000/mm3)
