* Patients eligible for breast reconstruction following mastectomy and radiation
* Non-smokers or ex-smokers (\>6 weeks)
* BMI \< 30
Exclusion Criteria:
* Inability to leave informed consent
* Inability to understand Swedish
* Previous surgery with scaring on back
