* A. Suspected stroke by paramedic or dispatcher
Exclusion Criteria:
* Technical issues (ie. the telephone does not work, the app does not work).
* Patients who are incarcerated
* Patients seen by a physician prior to assessment by paramedics.
* Subarachnoid Haemorrhage strokes
