* Multiple trauma ISS \> 15
* Age \> 18 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* No informed consent
* Inclusion to an interventional clinical trial
* Death of the patient on the scene or before the hospital was reached
* Delayed thrombelastometric measurement (\> 4 hours)
