* Age group 50-75 years
* Knee osteoarthritis GI, GII and G III (Kellgren \& Lawrence system).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Traumatic arthritis
* Unstable cardiovascular state
* Neuro-muscular disorders involving the lower extremity
* History of surgery of lower limb
