Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* men and women aged between 18 and 59 years;
* presence of low back pain for at least 12 weeks;
* have started regular CrossFit® activity at least 3 months ago.
Exclusion Criteria:
* perform other physical activity than CrossFit®;
* continuous use of painkillers;
* previous pathologies or spinal surgery;
* amputations;
* haematological disorders;
* fibromyalgia;
* hypersensitivity or skin lesions.
