* Obese adolescents with BMI greater than or equal to the 95th percentile
* Aged between 14 and 17
* Caucasian
* Agree to the commitment.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Adolescents with serious illnesses
* Other factors preventing the engagement in regular PA
