Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with OSA still complaining EDS,refusing nCPAP
* ESS score ≥ 12
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients suffering from insomnia without OSA
* Co-existing narcolepsy
* Patient with sleep debt not due to OSA
* Acute or chronic severe disease
