* Patient at the end of an orthodontic treatment requiring the subsequent application of a lingual and palatal fixed retainer
* good oral hygiene
* medically free
Exclusion Criteria:
* Facial trauma
* onychophagia
* habit of biting pencils or pens
* tooth mobility
