* 18-42 years old, inclusive
* Planning to undergo IVF with egg retrieval for oocyte cryopreservation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Tobacco or illicit drug use
* History of infertility
* Prior failed IVF or OC cycle
* Drug allergy to Clomid
* Hypertension
* Migraine with aura
