* Diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic cancer or metastatic pancreatic cancer
* Able to understand the information given
* WHO 0-2
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unfit for biopsies \& blood analyses
* Not able to give informed consent (language, intellectual capacities, etc.)
