Inclusion Criteria:
* Indeterminate liver lesions on prior imaging (CT/MRI).
* Coaxial biopsy performed with 18G introducer needle.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Coagulopathy (INR \>1.5, platelets \<50×109/L).
* Contraindications to ultrasound contrast agents.
