* ACL tear undergoing reconstruction
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of pulmonary embolism
* History of deep vein thrombosis
* Family history of PE/DVT
* Hypercoaguable disorder
* Multiligamentous knee injury
* Neurovascular injury
* Peripheral vascular disease
* Unable to complete physical therapy
* Unable to tolerate blood flow restriction
