Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients treated with vasoactive drugs (amines) and have finger/toe necrosis
Exclusion Criteria:
* Sensitivity to drug (Botox) ingredients.
* Active local limb infection
* ICU admission due to botulism
* Chronic muscular weakness disease, e.g., Myasthenia gravis, ALS
* Age lower than 18
