* Both sexes.
* All types of atrophic acne scars
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Pregnant or lactating women.
* Coagulation disorders or anemia.
* Skin infections.
* Patients with hormonal disturbance.
* Chronic disease e.g: diabetes, renal disease….etc.
* Refusal to participate.
