Inclusion Criteria
* Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
* Age \>18 years
* Advanced Life Support started
* Arterial line placement possible
Exclusion Criteria
* Obvious signs of death
* Advanced Directives / Do Not Attempt Resuscitation Order
* Cardiac arrest of traumatic etiology
* Documented patient refusal in advance
