* cataract
* pseudoexfoliation syndrome
Exclusion Criteria:
* history of ocular inflammation or trauma
* previous intraocular surgery
* corneal haze
* retinal vascular disease
* diabetic retinopathy
* variation of the foveal profile at OCT (macular edema, epiretinal membrane)
* moderate to severe age related macular degeneration
