* Nulliprous women.
* Failed cervical sounding on vaginal examination in the office.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous operation on the cervix.
* Use of any medication to prime the cervix (primary).
* Multiparity: weather delivered vaginally or by cesarean sectrion
