Inclusion Criteria:
* All patients who underwent colonoscopies in the afternoon session at the endoscopy unit in AHNH were eligible for inclusion in this study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Emergency inpatient colonoscopy
* Patient with history of colorectal cancer , FAP or IBD
